I had a great experience with Jet Blue's peanut allergy response.  On both legs of our trip we were visited by the flight attendant to ask what foods we would allow to be served on the plane.  In addition there were multiple announcements made that there was a severely allergic passenger on board, and to refrain from eating or opening peanuts.  Finally the pilot in his announcements restated the peanut issue and said, if no one wants an unexpected landing in a city far away from home, then just wait 2 hours before opening your peanuts.  Companies that respect their customers should be rewarded with business.  The rest don't need us to plead with them, they should just be avoided.
