Did You Know...
Some restaurant chilis, soups, sauces or gravies may contain peanut butter?
Talk directly with the restaurant manager about ingredients and preparation techniques
that may cause cross-contamination.
If you have peanut allergy, it's best to avoid all nuts. The possibility of cross-contamination
is high.
Also avoid desserts at restaurants - many are made with or cross-contaminated with
nuts or peanuts, and some may have peanut flour in the crust.
We invite restaurants who consider themselves
to be food allergy conscious, to let us know how you help your food allergic patrons eat safely.
